Return Policy

Before You Place an Order At Unique Modest Bridal, most of our wedding dresses are made-to-order, meaning they are custom-made specifically for each customer based on their selected style, size, and color.

Important Notes:

  • Custom Orders Are Final:
    Since these are custom design orders, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds once the order has been submitted to the designer.
  • No ‘Buy-Many-Keep-One’ Policy:
    We do not allow customers to order multiple dresses with the intention of returning some.
  • Sizing Recommendations for Custom Orders:
    We strongly advise adding an extra inch to each measurement when providing your custom measurements to ensure a comfortable fit.

Please review the designer’s size chart carefully to determine the best size for you, as sizes may differ from your usual size. The size chart is available under the “Sizing Information” section for each dress.

Taxes and Duties Your purchase may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are determined by the customs authority in your country. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery and are not included in the order price.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Reporting an Issue If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we want to make it right. Please email us at uniquemodestbridal@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment to report the issue.

Important Note:
Strings hanging out or dresses that are not ironed or steamed are not considered defects, as most dresses will require steaming after packaging to ensure their best appearance.

Resolution Process We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling fees.

When returning an item, please include a note of explanation in the return box to help us process your request quickly and efficiently.
